Dear Parents,

The Upstreet team has loved having your child/children as a part of our ministry this year! We pray that the seeds that have been planted in their lives through Bible stories, memory verses, small group discussions and relationships with their leaders and peers will continue to grow in the days and years ahead.

June 6 was our last Sunday of regular Upstreet ministry.  As summer approaches, here are some things we’d like you to know:

· A devotional guide designed specifically for families to use alongside Pastor Joshua’s summer sermon series on the book of Philippians is now available. This guide will help you lead your kids (older elementary & up) to a deeper understanding of some key truths in this amazing New Testament book.  You can pick one up in the foyer or in the east wing. · Excitement is building for our Go the Distance  Sports Camp, on August 16 - 20 from 6-8:30PM.  Think VBS…but with a sports twist!  Sports Camp is for kids entering K-5th  grade in the fall. The week will be filled with games, Bible stories, upbeat worship, and sports instruction. Kids can choose from basketball, soccer, or cheerleading. · SummerBreakout has begun for kids entering K-3rd grade in the fall.  They are dismissed from the Sanctuary right before the sermon during the 10:30AM service to Room 211 for a Bible story video and other activities.  Parents, please pick up your child(ren) from Room 211 right after the service.

· Check out the newly expanded Kids Corner in the Foyer for quiet activity options for your child to use during the Worship Gatherings.

Lastly, please remember to thank the leaders who have faithfully served your kids this past year.  They have been an amazing team to work with, and they have truly pointed our Upstreet kids to Jesus and His love.
