Leadership Council

WFMC's Leadership Council is composed of the Lead Pastor and eleven members ratified by the participating members of the church body. This team of spiritual leaders works to provide vision and general oversight. They also ensure financial and doctrinal integrity. 

In conjunction with the Leadership Council, the Lead Pastor, who is an ordained elder, has a team of five other pastors (four ordained elders and one consecrated deacon), who partner with him in providing spiritual oversight through the ministry of the Word, the sacraments, and church discipline or order.

Current members are:

Karin Abbott, Cheryl Bishop, Kelly Boyle, Debby DeShazo, Leland Fischer, Roger Harris (Treasurer), Dave Kolde, Dan Lewis, Lynne Mason, Shawn Ward, and Matt Wight.
