Leadership Council

WFMC's Leadership Council is composed of the Lead Pastor and eleven members ratified by the participating members of the church body. This team of spiritual leaders works to provide vision and general oversight. Too, they ensure financial and doctrinal integrity. 

In conjunction with the Leadership Council, the Lead Pastor, who is an ordained elder, has a team of five other pastors (four ordained elders and one consecrated deacon), who partner with him in providing spiritual oversight through the ministry of the Word, the sacraments, and church discipline or order.

Current members are:

Kelly Boyle, Trevor Kert, Debby DeShazo, Bruce Cheadle, Karin Abbott, Matt Wight, Cheryl Bishop, Mike Griffith, Roger Harris, and Treasurer Carlton Olson.
